Just my opinion, but Sigrid isn't a model cut out for bearing her breasts.

The Numero ed looks quite nice, but that's because like Jelavender mentioned upthread, her beauty salvages it. The cover looks horrible.

It's just photoshopping. Sigrid has a good recognizable nose, she wouldn't need a nose job anyway.
