^I suspect the Dior/Galliano sketches are illustrated by an in house illustrator.

If you look at Gallianos Diana sketches as well as the ones in the Galliano-book youll see that they are very different styles.

A guy named Peter Turner is listed as designer and illustrator on LinkedIn (called Gallianos right hand man at Dior by Vogue Uk). Idk, could be possible that this guy did it.
