New designer to watch. Slobodan Mihajlovic graduated from the Royal Academy in Antwerp and is extremely talented in knitwear.....highly innovative and incredibly romantic.

Starplusstar was just awarded the most promising designer from Eastern Europe by u-fashion and Erste bank from Vienna.

jacket and trench from new collection on their favourite model Angelo Flaccavento and two illustration for t-shirt prints in collaboration with Serbian painter sinisa ilic.

love those illustrations very much.. They remind me of some of the graphic design I've been seeing especially in Finland, all these hand-drawn graphics for websites and things

Hope to see more of Mr Fippo's work... wondering especially about the knitwear
Was he awarded during his graduation or was it part of a separate event?

i think i have been confused or something by the title or this is his nickname, but his real name is actually filippo....have no clue what his surname is though.

i see he has women' s wear too

for the men's s/s 08 , not so much into the prints .. black stars ,
but he seems to place different fabric strips on top of another , in a few looks
which is interesting
esp those which are similar in colour
so , it's like tone-on-tone and becomes a texture

i guess they all have a similar theme / mood

wishing the photos were bigger

yeah i couldn't pull them up through his slide,which is why i linked his profile. i guess he's using a different username or something.

i love the men's though. reminds me of the lyrics of boy child by scott walker somehow. pyjamas,underpants with a sort of dream-like aura about it. and i love the textures too.
