Smith's rosebud salve

Does it work well enough on dry skin? I want something small that I can carry around that can double as lip balm and skin moisturizer. I tried some at Bath & Body Works on my skin, but it was kinda sticky. It just felt like putting lipgloss on my hand.

i get mine from anthropologie or sephora. I love it to use on chapped lips and as a cuticle softner..but i wouldn't use it as a skin moisterizer its a little too greasy.

I only use it as a hand moisturizer when they're really dry... and that's usually after I have excess balm on my fingers and to get rid of it, I rub it on my hands.

I'm so addicted to this product, I can't go a day without it and can't reccomend it enough. Its the only thing that works for me when my lips get chapped, its so great!

I love it too. It is great for lips and cuticles. I have used the regular and the strawberry.

Luv it! I've had my pot for over a year now and there's still plenty left....I highly recommend this salve and Kiehl's.......if your lips are really dry, it may be the weather or maybe your body is dehydrated. I used to think that it didn't work as well, but I looked at my lifestyle and realized that the reason for my extreme dry lips was not drinking enough water ......hydrate from within first, and then see the difference . . .

i'm so annoyed - i've just lost mine and my lips are so dry right now

i got my friend to get me some from the US when she went a while ago, but my stash is running low. Does anyone know where in Sydney I can find it?

i just did some research, and some site said you can use it as moisturiser. how can something be used on the lips be used all over ure face? that sounds very sticky and like a break out fest on ure face.hmmmmm

Sorry guys checked online for you (and me) the only place you can get in australia is from the adore beauty. But if your in melbourne stop by there!! i got some info from the vogue forums http://forums.vogue.com.au/archive/index.php/t-114742.html
But this is still the only place

it says its " blended in a special petrolatum base" which means it can clog pores....so the face might not be the best place to use it ( except the lips of course)
