Same here. Not a day goes by where I don't play at least one of Solange's songs (if not the whole album). It's probably, no joke, my favorite album I've bought in years. I can't praise the True EP enough and pretty much tell everyone who asks me to list my favorite music to go have a listen to her record. B)

Afro wig wearing Solange Knowles recently faced a humiliating pat down at a Florida airport after security guards demanded to search her wig. The singer/DJ was boarding a flight out of Miami when she was asked to remove her hairpiece to prove she wasn’t hiding any contraband under the afro.
Solange took to Twitter to share her experience and have some fun with her followers by playing a game she called, “What did TSA find in Solange’s Fro?”.

Last week Solange put on an incredible performance at Masquerade in Atlanta. Taking the stage in her signature print-mixing style, the 26-year-old songstress brought a special guest on stage to help close out the show.
The Houston-native was joined by fellow artist Janelle Monae, who was there to welcome opening act Roman GianArthur, as Solange ended the night with her infectious song "Losing You." Monae came out dancing and even signing a bit of the chorus in the mic for fans, while Solange continued to keep the crowd pleased with an animated and entertaining performance.
Monae ended the night off with kind words for her friend, "Y'all better give it up for my mother****ing friend!... A writer, a producer, a mother, a everything, I'm so proud of her y'all."
