so companies love using celebs to appeal to customers..
have you ever been 'persueded' by any celeb advertisements/endorsements to buy (or not) to buy something...and if so, which ones?

That's an interesting point - I know in fashion a huge part of making an ad campaign is finding a face for your target market.

But not many models or celebrities influence me.

For one, Jennifer Lopez for Louis Vuitton succeeded in turning me off the label.

I like some of the faces used in this season's LV campaign, but find the clothes rather awful.

Cate Blanchett may inspire me to purchase Donna Karan, and Kate Moss and Erin Wasson for Rimmel and Maybelline.

But if I don't like the product, the mannequin won't sway me.
