i noticed that the majority of the indian woman on television are light skinned and do look more like they have caucasian in them.

In Indian culture, fair skinned people are deemed more beautiful. My granny always says "fair skin" when she describing a 'beautiful' person. These celebs probably have their skin lightened or its all airbrushing/too much light whitening makeup! Apparently Rani Mukherjee is very dark skinned in 'real life' but very fair on film and photos....

But I think that Diya Mirza is half German though. But isnt she from Bangladesh Golden Butterfly? She is half Bengali....

Whatever happened to Sonali Bendre? Does she still come in movies? Madhuri D***sh*t (sorry but I've always called her that! Can't stop now!)is so much prettier than Ash Rai.

I never watch Indian movies but I recognise alot of the celebs from when I visited India 4 years ago, and from my friends who are obsessed with Bollywood films.
