Too late to edit...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_rlkGaCkFrE from 01:43 has lots of the dress making sounds. So I guess she wore it on more than one occasion? It held up well then...I had thought the dress was really frail because the 2001 runway video shows the model breaking and tearing off the slides.
