It's more realistic with the softness of the images.

i like how it's romantic yet laid back and not overly sexual. it's very stella. i'm a fan, is it only sold at stella boutiques?

nope you can get it at NAP and they have a pretty wide range. I love this collection, just haven't splurged and bought it yet and i think for 'high end' lingerie the prices are pretty reasonable (well for UK customers anyway). I like that there's variety, a couple of 'sexier' thongs but lots of just really nice knickers and I like that the bra's look like they actually provide support. Beautiful fabrics as well. I contemplated getting the 'weekend briefs' since i thought they were cute and sexy at the same time but don't have 70 quid for two pairs of pants. The only thing I don't like is that she's used a little metal button/tab thing for the logo. I would rather it was just embroidered in or something....

Oh, and at least you can cut off that tab and it probably wouldn't hurt the piece at all.

no offense to the vs loyalists, but i really dislike victoria secret's bras and panties, it seems cheap to me. stella's new lingerie line is my new obsession

With an exception of a few special pieces this collection looks very similar to Calvin Klein lingerie (way less expensive!)

It's also sold at department stores..
I love the looks in the pictures, but having seen the lingerie IRL, they aren't all that special. The quality didn't seem any better than 'cheaper' labels like Princesse Tam Tam and CK Underwear.

I still love the Coco Blushing set (although that one I've yet to see in store) but overall I think it's largely the styling and PR that make this line desirable. I would buy some of it on sale but not full price.

stella, i'm disappointed to hear that about the quality. Though i much prefer these styles over CK underwear (which I also love, but in a much more perfunctory way)

It looks so pretty in the marketing pics - in real life though this lingerie is disappointing. The quality isn't up to much - poor finishing for example - and its made in china! (Not that china's bad or anything, but typically designer lingerie like Eres or La Perla is made in either France or Italy). I prefer Stella's clothes to this stuff.
