In the youtube link, take the part after /watch?v=, then copy paste it in between the youtube tags like this:

To embed it, I would post:

but without the spaces

I used to go to school with her. She was three years younger than me but remembered her, and now Im working on being a photographer. so have her facebook etc.. and love her blog! Havent seen her in years though

No.. I know she did karate and I remember her singing a prize giving assembly though! She was quite quite and grungy..and not particularly striking then, teenage awkwardness I think they call it!
