Sunscreen pill that makes you tan??

I am in Spain for the summer, and came across an interesting ad in cosmo here, for a pill called inneov solar, by Loreal and Nestle, that is supposed to protect you from the sun, and also make you tan? Has anyone heard of this pill, I am probably going to go to a pharmacy to ask them, but would love to know your opinions or knowledge about it, i doubt they sell this in the US, so if its a good thing im gonna have to snatch it up!

buy yourself vitamins called betacarotene, they work better

Anything with lots of betacarotene will make you tan, although, an overdose wil turn you rather orange. Seriously!

Does it make you tan without sun exposure or do you still have to be in the sun?

Is there anything that protects you from the sun but doesn't give you a tan?

I've never heard of anything like this.
