Was that shoot in Milan? Because I think I have been in the gallery that appears in the first picture... beautiful location!

@Dido: Yes the location of the shooting is Milano, you're right
The first picture was taken in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele 2 which is located on the northern side of Piazza del Duomo and connects to the Piazza della Scala. In the middle of the foto you can see its famous glass dome.
The rest of the story is taken in different parts of Milano- the church you see in the first picture Mariemaud posted is famous church of Santa Maria del Carmine which is located in Brera district, some of the other fotos show typical streets of Brera District as well as the City Centre of Milano
