I couldn´t find a thread on Sweden... so I start one!

Give me, and others some tips!

I was in Humana (ex. UFF) yesterday and scored a beautiful handbag, more shops like that?

yeah I know about those. but aren´t they quite expensive?

there's a shop called Tjallamalla on Södermalm, Bondegatan 26 (I think..) and they have really cool clothes!

Beyond Retro on Åsögatan(?) is a really cool vintage store

^^
Oh, you've been there? How was it?
I haven't had time to go yet but will soon.

it was quite big and they have a lot of clothes!
lots of dresses, shoes, tshirts, blouses and fun accessories.
and it's cheap, wich is always a good thing :D

My faves are Mrs H (Birger jarlspassagen), Tjallamalla, Judiths Second Hand, H&M (Götgatsbacken) C/O Stockholm and the Filippa K stores... I love mixing high end, high street and vintage.

you cannot miss Efva Attling as well

oh I was in this really cool store the other day... can´t remember the name, but it was on Götgatan straight across to c/o Sthlm... anyway they had all cheap monday clothes + other labels and in the bottom floor there were second hand clothes. really cool!

anyway... it feels really weird to write in english when were all swedish...

I think Sweden has a poor range of cosmetics/skincare products. Any tips on places will be apreaciated.

even though this is not really shopping related; I guess you people have come across 'the scene style' in the streetstyle thread and Im just wondering if there's a swedish version of that?

^^
I would say it's the "pop" style we have..you know, Håkan hellström pop :p
I think they're silly.

I need to know does Cheap Monday store at Södermalm, Götgatsbackent (Not sure about the adress ) or weekday at olofsgatan carry these cheap monday shoes at size 42 :

picture from zoovillage.com

so please answer:
-accurate adresses to the stores
-have you seen them
-possibly phone numbers to the stores

no hurry..but I would really appreciate your helps. My relatives are visiting stockholm and I want to get those shoes so bad..But if I order themm trough caliroots the shipping payment is 16 euros..So I was thinking could my relatives pick them up, they're only 26 euros. Their taking the short cruise so they don't have time to waste, it would be bad if the shoes weren't there. Hope you understanded :flower:

Weekday at Olofsgatan 1 is right around the corner from Hötorget, +46 (0)8 411 51 50. The other shop at Götgatsbacken has the address Götgatan ??, it's very close to Slussen subway station.

indie: I was at Weekday Götsgatsbacken on Saturday and they had tons of those shoes, I can't guarantee it but they SHOULD have them in your size!

Does anyone have any good recommendations for a hotel in Stockholm?
I'm coming there on friday to do some shopping, so it would be good if it was close (as in a walking distance from) to the shops.

What do you mean by good? Trendy, cute, value for the money? And which shops?

Anyway, this is the hotspot - a pretty scary (but entertaining) bar scene. Expensive, needless to say.

By the way - there is a general Stockholm thread in the favorites section.
