^ Yes I think so. If you look at her wiki page, in the photo there she has the same tattoo: a circle on her left wrist.

I just watched the Fifth Element, and was reminded how beautiful Sybil was, along with some other fab models like Eve Salvail. These 90s supers were so full of personality and real amazons, not like the pre-pubescent clones of today.
