In the old thread agee mentioned that she dropped Elmer Olsen and switched entirely to ING, for some reason her post is different here. I'd say IMG is clearly a step up from Elmer Olsen, no?

Elmer Olsen is her mother agent in Canada.
He is the one that arranges the other agencies for his models.
