Ugh, definitely the new Peaches Geldof/Lindsay Lohan rather than the next Patti Smith, or even Courtney Love! What on earth is she playing at? I love grunge and heroin chic pretty much more than anything, but she just looks like she tries far too hard to make it work. I mean, the charm of girls that can pull this look of is that they look like they don't give a damn, but Taylor looks like she strains her brain over nothing else except how she looks (particularly given her stupid and dismissive attitude to education). She's really no better than Paris Hilton in that respect, no matter how rock and roll she seems to think she is!

Personally I love her style. Sure, her recent choices are a little controversial but growing up in the spotlight does make her grow up faster, so I think peopel should stop giving her hell for not dressing 'her age'. She's just trying to be herself, and what's wrong with that? If you really want to quibble about her age, I'm sure she's allowed to make mistakes.

Haha, I was coming off after all that discussion over at ONTD about dressing sexually provocative or not. I do think that the 'Sequinned Shorts outfit' and this one isn't the most ladylike and appropriate outfit for a 16 year old, but on the other hand she usually dresses fine. Certainly not looking like a stripper 99% of the time

this is definetely getting ridiculous. i used to like her style a lot - because debbie harry & courtney love are always going to be my icons - but she's definetely trying to hard now. i don't care for her age, because when i was 16 i used to dress myself like a punk rocker - but she's no longer dressing (or trying to dress) herself like a "punk rocker", so because of that her style is doing nothing for me

i think if she wants to be a mix of grunge and punk rock, that's ok - but she should be more original and should see what is right and what is wrong. and she definetely needs to take those extensions off - it was nice in the start, but it is looking way unhealthy right now

and she needs to smile. courtney love smiles, debbie harry smiles - i don't see the point to not smile. and taylor actually looks great smiling... the bad girl style is not about having a serious face. there's a whole attitude before that
