all the event appearances, she's tried to essentially dress like a baby prostitute. or what she terms "cool" or "edgy" (bleh).

well, if you allways wear dark colours that does not mean that you don´t look tacky. No matter how dark colours you wear, you can look tacky. and she has looked tacky many times.

No, she's definitely been trying too hard for awhile at events now, long before the God awful haircut came into play.

And she does look amazing in those pictures from the James Mahon site.

Even when experimenting I don't think a 15 year old should look 20. Also, those photos from that site make her look even older than that.
In my opinion her whole emerging style and experimentation is just too sexual for a 15 year old. The boobs being pushed up and peeking out of dresses and shirts, the "sexy biker chick" looks, the heavily made up face etc. are all just a little bit uncomfortably Lolita-esque. She can be edgy and quirky and cool and look like a young teenager too.
