It probably looks like H&M because it IS from H&M I tried the "dress" on myself. It's a dress on me, because I'm tiny but on Taylor, who's like really tall? It's looks like she forgot her pants, or at least - that Jenny forgot her pants.

her character is supposed to be going through some 'rebel' phase with this willa holland character, so maybe thats why her style is changing.
