I don't like this outfit. Those tights look like they belong in the bedroom, with their resemblance to garters. And she looks like she's wearing a shirt with no pants (I know she is wearing shorts underneath), like a "morning after" outfit. The girl is 16 years old, celebrity/performing/mature for her age or not, that's just not something a 16 year old should wear. Especially considering she is going on MTV and her target audience are solely teenagers. There are other ways to look cool/edgy/rockstar-ish.
