This is probably not the best place for this... but i don't really like the clothes she chooses to wear off the red carpet. she often looks like she's trying to recreate a private school uniform or something.. i know some of these things are trendy lately - the lace up jazz shoes, the feminine blouse, the high waisted skirt - but as a former private school girl who was forced for yrs into ties and skirts with tops tucked in and socks pulled up....it just appalls me she is also a very tall girl and sometimes i find it makes her look really quite awkward. i wish she'd wear something a bit more relaxed, something that looks like she put a bit less thought into it.. a reese witherspoon style outfit maybe.. still girly with ballet flats and pretty tops and jeans.. but a bit more modern and effortless.

I feel mean for criticising her personal style....
i do admire her for dressing with dignity and having a strong sense of what she likes.. i just wish i liked it too.
