in that case, it would be:
"je ne dois pas faire mes devoirs" (but "i don't have to do my homework" doesn't sound so great ) or
"je n'ai pas besoin de faire mes devoirs"

I remember being confused because you can alter the order, like you can put personne at the beggining of the sentence instead of both negative parts being around the verb as usual...French is très complicated

Really? My teacher said you can make 'il faut' more personal (like je dois, tu dois, il doit etc.) with using me, lui, nous, vous or leur.. So that 'il me faut' is the same as 'je dois', and 'il lui faut' the same as 'il doit' etc.
Maybe I completely misunderstood him

in that case, it would be:

I need help again

there is a text and a few questions to answer about this text, I understand everything but I would like to do something good so...
