p.s.
Talking about "villains" and "alcoholics" made me think of Superciuk! :woot:

(uniroma2.it)

He's a recurring villain in an italian comic called "Alan Ford" (a parody of Bond movies).
"Superciuk" ("ciuk" is pronounced "chook" and it's from milanese dialect "ciùcch" = "drunkhard", "borracho") is a frustrated street-sweeper who hates the lower classes (because he thinks that they keep the streets less clean and thus make him work more). One day he gets involved in the explosion of a very-low-quality wine factory...he almost drowns in the chemical wine and develops a super power: the "alcoholic breath", with which he can make anybody faint  (even if they wear an anti-gas mask! :ninja:).
Using his new superpower, and dressed with that ridiculous costume, he becomes the villain called "Superciuk", a sort of perverted Robin Hood, who...steals to the poor and gives to the rich!

^

Here's a bigger image of Superciuk (note also his red nose...)

...and here's a detail of his dreadful "fiatata alcolica" ("alcoholic breath"):

^ If you cut away the alcoholic part, practically that's what our government did in the last years...:innocent: :yuk: :censored:

ewwww

is he always drunk? I mean, permanently? what a happy guy
Nope, he's never drunk actually...but he needs to keep drinking that low-quality wine continuously, or he losts his alcoholic breath...
IIRC, after a few years his liver doesn't allow him to drink anymore, but then he discovers that he can have a super-toxic breath anyway, this time by eating some "genetically modified" "pomodori agliati" ( = tomatoes-garlic)... :yuk:
