Oh man, so adorable! I love the 50s pedal pusher and polka dots vibe. Plus, Rachel never comes off nearly as pretentious as her costar Mischa Barton. And, hello OC fans at TFS, weren't you all loving the Spidey kiss last week? Yes, yes. The BCBG dress is absolutely fabulous too.. sigh. You gotta love their high end knockoffs. Plus, teenvogue is such a nice little publication these days. I love the streetfashion section and wish Vogue could nod towards that as well. I'm still holding out for model covers from them both though.

Teen Vogue has been my favorite magazine since 2004. It is so much better than Vogue, in my opinion, except for its occasional disastrous choices in celebrity cover stories (e.g. Hilary Duff and Avril Lavigne). I heard Vogue is going to feature Ashlee Simpson on the cover next month. So much for hoping it will start featuring models again.

I think she's a cutie pie. Polka dots fit her bubbly personality perfectly... I'll be happy to see when she moves away from the teen exposure, though, and starts appealing to the older crowd. Cutesy works well for her, but I think she could also come off as sexy and more mature.
