come on... we all know people didnt vote wintour because that would be soooo out! but we cant be fooled! we all know you guys still buy vogue usa!

carine got her votes for being so UBERly chic and gorgeous and for doing the best editorials, and being in all the best dressed list, and (let's be sincere and realistic) getting a lot more exposure to press than other editors do (not to mention how sexy she is too B)B)), and everything else you could expect from an editor in chief.
