The Best & Worst Catwalkers

Which Model Ruled Milan?

With its high-concept shows and come-hither designs, Milan Fashion Week provides viewers with an energetic burst of fashion fantasy. For the models bringing designer creations to life, the week offers a chance to portray a host of haute characters—*the Dolce woman, the Versace vixen, and Prada femme among them. And this season did not disappoint: From Anna Cleveland’s hypnotic twirl through Jeremy Scott’s couture car wash to Willow Hand’s carefree strut at Alessandro Michele’s Gucci and Raquel Zimmermann’s effortless sex appeal on the Versace catwalk, the week’s standout models worked with the codes of their respective houses. Playing dream girl for Gucci, Versace, or Prada is a nice accomplishment, but only one walk can rule them all: Leila Nda snagged top walker honors for London Fashion Week, but which beauty shall rule Milan? With only one more Fashion Week to go, the runway Olympics are heating up: Vote below for your favorite runway walk of Milan Fashion Week, and stay tuned for the results!

All hail, Raqueen!

Anna is clocking in at a decent 9%...

Also they mention Willow Hand, which I think is adorable but... a fierce catwalker and to be named alsongside Raquel? Definitely not.

Natasha had to hold back at Versace, she had Gigi; and her questionable struggle of a walk, in front of her.

^ was discussed in model behaviour thread ...ugh so sick of privileged models moaning

i am happy raquel is winning that vogue poll by a mile, like she should

I really don't know what people find so cool about Anna Cleveland. She's just a lame, wannabe version of her mom. At least when Pat did the faces, spinnings, etc it was original and full of personality. She comes off as just silly to me.

i don't mind her. apart from when she hogs the limelight (ok that's most of the time) but she looks like she is having fun

Fun is fine until it detracts from the clothes and the show.
Hoping Anna would step out as her own instead of acting like her mother.

I feel disappointed by Taylor's walk at Balmain, it was horrible (even worse than Gigi's and that's saying a lot...) TBH, I thought she could be great on the runway, especially, being a victoria's secret angel.
Not surprise me at all, though. Lily A, Stella, Sara S and now Taylor...despite being VS angels, who are supposed to be "perfect" in every single way (yeah, I know this statement is false), are the worst catwalkers right now O_o And it's especially shocking since vs angels were the best walkers in the industry a decade ago:doh:

a dressmaker substitute for a sick model

Sophie Kennedy Clark

she's not actually a model though she started out with Storm iirc

the other actresses/it-girls/whatever looked really out of place as well
(not to the same degree though...)

If he wanted to use one of the gals from Nymphomaniac he could at least have used Stacy Martin...

I'm actually relieved to learn that she's not a model. The stunt casting was truly diabolical.

Binx and Ruth Bell can out walk 90 percent of the girls their age at the moment, and they're supposed to be the andrynous ones.
