Well, there are some where it's obvious that fashion is not their thing and they have all the resources they need to be more pleasing to the public eye! Whether or not they decide they need it, I think on some level a celebrity knows it's their job to at least attempt at making themselves appear okay money-wise and they can be expressed through the clothing they purchase more or less.
