I'm not sure who the photographer is, but I'm excited for the new issue.

Not bad, but I hope it isn't as cyan in real life.

such a great choice actually...quite surprising too.
looks like it has been shot by alasdair mclellan but not sure

so great to see adele :woot: she looks gorgeous on the cover.

Love me some Adele. Such a beautiful woman and artist. I quite like the cyan against the black and white. I could do without the cigarette, but I can see how it adds to the photograph.

It feels like I've seen this before...
But it looks good.

There's some previews on their site, and I doubt I'll be buying this. From the previews and not being interested in Adele, there doesn't seem any point to the purchase. At least the past two issues have had something to make it worthwhile.

I liked the previous issue, and this one has real nice cover. But I agree, this cyan

Exciting
I love Adele, her new album is great, it's nice that Gentlewoman is eclectic in their choice of women (and age groups) and the fact that I loved the past two issue (especially the first) I'm excited to see what it's like inside.

I think the cyan will be more understated in person, especially considering the type of paper they use for their covers.

I agree. I think I'll keep purchasing this magazine as long as they feature interesting women who don't get that much attention elsewhere, even if I don't like them or whatever. It's so rare for magazines to actually put different types of women inside. I mean I like fashion, but I honestly get jealous of the more intelligent content men generally get when I browse through Esquire or GQ sometimes.

Exactly, it's thoughtful and thought-provoking. Covers are often too easy and obvious for women's fashion magazines, but I guess that's the point of The Gentlewoman, it's supposed to have more depth and to reflect the culture of contemporary women. So I guess to feature lifestyle icons is the point, as opposed to Hollywood or purely fashion icons.
:flower:

I believe this is the actual color of the cover. Much more understated, no?
