How high do you think heels should be? What is the highest that loks the best?

Around 4" is ideal IMO, when they start getting up to 5 or more it's just too much. It starts looking porny at a certain height... Exact "maximum height" depends on the model of course.

3" is i think ideal. bec anything past 3" would make walking a bit awkward-- like you're bouncing. plus your calves muscles will be flexed at that point, making them look like little balls... not very feminine anymore if u ask me.

I think 4" definitely looks perfect, while 3" is perfect for me to walk in
I normally wear from 2" to 4".

I think 2 - 4inches. 4in being the highest id' wear, i agree that after 4' too high a heel, reminds me of "stripper shoes". No offense to anyone

when I wear heels I usually wear 2-3 inches - I think 4-5 are gorgeous, but walking in them isn't as easy

anyone think it depends on foot size? is that goofy? i think that a four incher looks lower on a big foot than a little one....maybe i'm crazy.

yeah, say nono to most everything over 4 inches.......ESPECIALLY if there is a platform on the foot.....oh god, that can be so very p*rn star.

i think the highest a heel should be 4.5 inches...but my personal highest are a pair of gucci heels that are 4.1 inches high

I usually wear 3.5" I can wear 4 - 4.5", but they make the balls of my feet ache.
My feet are not very big which I think is why. (UK Size 4)

I think 3.5 is the max. really would kill your feet if you go any further than that, plus its nice to see sleek legs, nothing too muscular.. u know

It really depends on the size of the foot (higher heels do look smaller on bigger feet), the girl and what her personal style is and what she would be comfortable wearing.
I know some girls that love 5, 6, and 7" heels, and it works for them whereas it would not usually work on others.

I usually wear between 3-5 inches on a day to day basis, and I think that is normal going more then five should be to get a certain look or night.

In my avatar I have on some fetich shoes for an industrial night I was at, I think they are 7 or 8 inches

Hi All,
4 inches are good! I am wearing 4 inch heels most of the time now having never worn heels much before. I love the way they make my legs look longer and they are really good for my posture - they stop me slouching!! I quite like the discipline of having to think about how you walk in them. It's been a painful month but a rewarding one!

I'd love to wear high heels.. but if I would wear 5 inch heels for example I'd be 6'2'' ..and all my friends are about 5'7'' or shorter.. so I'd feel goofy next to them.. IF I wear heels though, I wear about 2-3 inch ones... If I go on my every year summer-trip to estonia (where I'm from) I can wear heels!! because my cousin is the same length as me.
