well Pink Floyd did messed it up at the time quite nicely. The songwriter had a striking 2 step plan for his life:

1, make the best rock record ever

2, find out how much LSD can a person handle untill suffering incurable damage

This all took him to finish less that 2 years! (actually I think he´s still in custodial care..)

Sheeeeeeeesh, i have been away for a couple of hours but this thread is been busy....aywayz i finally got to watch "Stalking Pete Doherty" the guy who made it Max carlish or whatever is just pathetic...Pete was so nice to him and all, but that ungrateful bastard sold him out to the tabloids...oh well its pretty decent documentary though...Have any of you guyz seen it?// if yeah then what do you think

I prefered *Who the f*ck is Pete Doherty* . Max Carlish is mentally ill and you can really tell.He was demeaning himself.
The man was in love with Pete .

It made me laugh that he stalked Pete all this time and he ran out of tape when he finally agreed to give him an interview . That and when he freaked out because the kids were dancing and shouted something like " STOP! STOP !there's a major health risk! " .

I remember when i fist got into the libertines, pete was just some talented kid making music, and now he's plastered all over the media, not for his music but all the other sh*t, and it makes me feel all nostalgic.
I do like the babyshamble though, hope pete will make us proud when the album comes out... hopefully sometime soon.

i know that part was so funny...and also he kept zooming the camera on his his teeth which are nasty looking i was getting nausious from looking at his ugly teeth...that guy has issues, i hope he doesnt start stalking pete again lol

Of course Pete wasn't dating mossy at that time.
