Cygnenoir, good luck with your last year! Feeling any senioritis yet?
And please God forbid there be a Russell Brand thread as I fear there would 999 posts about how people think he is 'sexy'. I once casually facebooked Russell Brand and Boosh and was faced with hundreds of posts about how people were 'in love' with the 'sexy sexy' Brand and were writing missives to 'Noel <3 <3' on various groups' walls. All that fanfic freaked me out. But good point, off to see if there is one.
Awww, thanks lollicandy! I think I've had Senioritis almost since day one, but fortunately I have perfected the art of procrastination.
From a purely fashion perspective, I can't imagine a thread devoted to Russell Brand as he pretty much always wears the same clothes! I sort of admire that, actually - finding a uniform that works for you and just sticking with it. Getting dressed must be so simple when it all starts with black jeans.
I know Noel is the more obvious fashion plate, but seriously, it's all about Julian!
Oooh dear, seems like this thread died a death a while back, now for an attempt at a revival!!! I went to see them in my city last night and wooooooooooooooow!!! It was just so damn funny, hop onto those last few tour dates if you can, it is just so good. And Bob Fossil is waaay better live than he is on tv.. did not see that coming..
Has all the Boosh love gone? or is there still some out there..?
Series One was on BBCA, but as someone somewhere explained to me, BBCA has to buy programming, and I guess they think old episodes of Top Gear are a better investment?
Starry-Eyed, I am so envious. The Boosh don't have much presence in the states (no tour, no tv) so it's easy for us to forget about them sometimes.
Hehehe, lots of bands etc used to forget about Ireland too, but now its getting better, so I know how you feel cygnenoir!
I was suprised at how long the show was.. they came on a 8 and when we were leaving it was after 11! Really was very good, especially the Tony Harrisson part... youtube the shows, its so good!
Such an easy and enjoyable show to watch. I'm definitely a fan, though not as obsessive a one as my two housemates. It's hilarious though and both Noel and Julian are super lovely.
