I've come up with more info. It's summer 2001 campaign. Shoot by Cedric Bouchet (?spelling) but I've only found 1 small pic, with no men in it.

This is my FAVORITE ad of all time. I wouldn't say it's beautiful per se, but I love everything about it: the starkness and rawness of the style, the black and white, the expression on Eddie's face. This picture is a true inspiration to me...as corny as that sounds.
