Am I the only one who strongly dislikes McQueen's oyster/rainbow dresses?

I think it looks like a heavy mass of carpet-fabric and the tie-dye is very kindergarten-er.

OMG This great Couture Gown is Stunning. So pretty! This would be great for my favorite singer to wear at the Kennedy Center Honors coming up. She would adore this. Plus she wears so much of Galliano anyway.

This is very Mugler. If anyone here is as old as I am. You'll remember this look from the early 80's by Mugler. I love alex and I do like what he is doing now. Yet I believe his is being inspired by early Mugler.

The silhouette is painfully gorgeous, the simple embroidery, the open decollete. I love how John managed to totally capture the Edwardian look but kept it looking surprisingly fresh and un-costumey (the fact that the models red hair is such a great contrast to the silver dress is an added bonus.)
