My thoughts exactly. I can think of quite a few recent pictures (I somehow have editorials with Suvi and Kati Nescher in mind) that look exactly like this; same pose, same styling, same vacant facial expression. I adore Julia but this is nothing special. It's too bad, I usually love T Magazine covers but this is the most mediocre cover they've done in quite a while!

I like when sexy badass Julia takes over, I wish there was more expression in her face but I love the shots and her legs looks incredibly long. Fei Fei and her really work well together wish there was a two in one shot of them both. Such juxtaposing facial features yet still pretty evil and tomboyish.

Totally agree. From Turbeville in US Vogue to Demarchelier in Flair, we've seen this set up so many times before, but I do love McDean's and McKenna's work here. A lovely swimwear editorial.
