Mischa Barton screaming was one of the funniest things I've ever seen.

omg it was sooo hilarious! I had the tv on mute cause the phone rang and when I took it off mute I heard this terrible screaming! Why did she scream? Because her mom took her ipod away?

No, I think it was a bit more serious than that...her mom wanted to reach out and try to understand why she was unhappy...so she let out that existential cry of despair.

She had been miserable - her mother is very very superficial and never really cared for Marissa at all, and she had gone through a lot of things that past year (including her dad's bankruptsy, losing ryan, blah blah blah), and so she was just expressing to her mother what was going through her head. it was a little shocking and a little disturbing. Full melt-down, really. I was making dinner and when she started screaming I whipped around with a spatula in my hand and stared. LOL. Although, I think her mum should've seen it - she's a royal, fake, conniving pain in the ****. If I had a mum like that, I'd be screaming too.

okay thanks for filling me in. I thought her mom was right there when she screamed? Yeah Marissa's always seemed to have problems one of them is drinking. Of course her life is soo messed up. I feel sorry for her Wait I have to remember it's just a character on tv
