The 'Outfit Look-Alikes' Thread

I remembered the Alaïa foundation even staged an exhibition that show the parallel between the two, emphasized on tailoring.

I think the real crime here is Pieter really sent out a skirt that was draped and held together by an acrylic tray and called it Alaïa.

^ For some people here, they can’t be influenced by other designers, they just copy @Lola701
I actually think that copy when it’s done right (Azzedine who look up to the great masters to construct his own personal aesthetic) is quite interesting. It actually tells you about a designer’s taste more than sometimes his work can tell.

What I hate is when there’s no layer or knowledge of fashion and sometimes it shows with the references used. When it’s all Margiela/Lang…Ok been there, done that!
