I bought a little today, first the Acne Swank blouse, I already have 3 of this, today I got it in black, picture from Acnejeans.com:

Then I ordered a Curly Sheepskin Fur from Topshop.com and a cashmere blend tee:

^I actually had the chance to order that jacket before it sold out but I know it wouldn't reach me in time before going to NY so unfortunately I had to pass. Great, that you managed to get it though, Ditte! I have that cashmere tee in black and I love it. It's so soft.

I have the cashemere tee in black too, so I had to have it in creme also :)
I bought the fur as a B-day present for my self.... a little early tho. There are still two hours left :bounce:

I think I forgot to post my knit cape? I've been wearing it ever since I got it

Raf Simons black wool cowl button collar zip front jacket. It's Barneys ad look this season for Raf. The cut of the body is the same as this jacket from the runway.

American Apparel
I am a recent AA convert. I feel everything in my closet that is not monochrome comes from American Apparel now. Their affordability affords me a great opportunity to try different shots of color.

Ella Moss 'sprouse' halter
I'm about 5 rounds of Sex and the City re-runs too late to jump on the Ella Moss bandwagon (the brand first shot to fame when Carrie wore its striped dress to go on a date with her high school boyfriend David Duchovny), but I rarely say no to red-and-black color blocks.

I would have nabbed the same top in this color, but the fit is too slouchy to justify the multiple purchases.

Aritzia
This Canadian boutique was my shopping temple when I went to high school in Vancouver. I have since then left the land of the maple leaf but I always make a point to visit it whenever I make a trip home, however few and far in between that has become. I was psyched to discover that it has laid down roots in the US now, first in San Jose and now at Union Square in San Francisco. Sometime in the early 2000's the direction of the store changed from something chic and office-y to expensive denim and colorful t-shirts, which I think is less original but more commercially viable, I guess. It's nice to see that the store has maintained its friendly pricing policy despite the strength of the Canadian dollar. The silk tiered top I picked up was $70; e-tailers would have put another digit in front of it.

Excuse the clutter on the floor. ;) It doesn't look anywhere as bad in real-life. Guess weight is not the only thing the camera exaggerates.

And I literally just took these out of the shopping bags from today:

Plastic Island tuxedo jacket from Cusp
The tuxedo jacket with built-in vest look is very trendy, and this is my pick. Elizabeth & James did a similar one, but nearly three times as expensive. You can tell from the buttons that this isn't very well made, and the tailoring around the waist leaves a lot to be desired, but I'm okay with it now.

Club Monaco 'stephanie' peacoat
Club Monaco is my favorite high-street shop, bar none.
