That wedge is typical Giuseppe Zanotti (with the back of the heel in a different color). It's like a Zanotti signature. I'm pretty sure it's Zanotti..

Yeah, that was my first though, MissyJG, but I can't remember GZ ever doing a peeptoe version of that wedge and have just Googled and can't find anything. I wonder if the ASOS wedge was 'inspired' by the GZ?
