The "Teddy Bear" Guy Appreciation Thread

This was inspired from the Felicity thread. Many of us seem to have a soft spot for guys who are "teddy bears", such as the "Sean" character. I also love me some Kevin James.

Give me a teddy bear over a burly guy with big biceps any old day!

Anyone else think that big guys are the best?

I just think he's so adorable - I want to hug him very tightly.

And never let go...

I just love guys like that, maybe they're not ripped or whatever but if they're smart and cute and funny then thats fine with me.

Seth Rogan is so funny - he cracks me up in every movie I see him in. He's hilarious.

I also love Cliff on Ugly Betty. The whole Marc & Cliff storyline is so precious its downright adorable.

I guess you could say that. It is just that for me, I do not need a guy who is perfectly chiseled and tanned and conventionally good-looking. There are so many average looking guys who have such great personalities and are so funny and cute that they become attractive.

And I definitely am not implying that chubby = great personality. I am sure there are some chubby jerks and some hotties with personality.

Jack Black seems like a really nice person and a great dad. Here is he is Christmas shopping this week.

Besides (and this is perhaps a discussion that I'll move to the Model/Celeb Weight Thread) but there are just different ways to say certain things when it comes to gender. What might not be a compliment for a woman could potentially be a compliment for a guy and vice versa.

I love all men; every "type" have their own distinct physical attributes. No one gives a hug like a teddy. Something I wanted to add is though sterotypically, our teddies are the "funny men," they can be deadly serious and still draw us in. I think you make a great point. Not ALL teddy bear guys are funny...but they do all give great hugs! To me, Vince Vaughn is kind of a teddy bear...a big teddy bear! I have a major thing for him.

Oddly enough, all of my bfs have been scrawny. I keep looking for a teddy...
