The Small Boob Appreciation Thread

what kind of workout ? ^_^ do you have any diet ? my boobs are shrinking 'cause im on a diet, I wonder if swimming makes it big
I do this program on the 3d mill for 1 hour and then I do some work out on my arms, back and tummy...I don't want to say anything about a diet because I don't think it's allowed here. But the only thing that made my boobs bigger was gaining weight all over my body...I think it's impossible to control the size of your t*ts with work out or diet because it's so random, but as we all know t*ts are made of fat:innocent: hahaha so it makes sense that if your body gets smaller your t*ts will shrink too..but I'm still a C cup so I can't complain:lol:

I like my boobs small.Probably cause when I was little and I looked at models they all had ether medium or small boobs.Im under the impression small boobs=skinny.

It seems small boobs has become a must for high fashion, the smaller, the higher.:D

Interestingly enough, I feel like it's kind of the opposite... while the nineties itty bitty titty look is hot on one end of the spectrum (the minimalist, kind of industrial Alexander Wang/Celine look), everyone seems to just be spilling out of their brassiers over at Louis Vuitton and Prada. :P

While I'm here... does anyone know of a good company for 30 band bras? So far all I've got is VS.

I didn't think VS went smaller than a 32. Some that do 30 bands (last three are British though:( Figleaves, Bravissimo, Marks & Spencer, Debenhams.

^ Pink now has a range of 30 bands :flower: it's pretty limited considering how large their collection is in general, but it's something. And thanks for those suggestions!

^ That's great. Nice to see they are acknowledging those with smaller band sizes. They don't have my size though (30D).

^ Wow, it must be super difficult to find bras in that size. If you don't mind me asking, are you naturally that size or were you enhanced?

I guess I stand corrected... this season, Louis V seems to be all about small chest/nice legs. Oh how fickle fashion is!!

^ Makes sense... with a 30 band size people just tend to think you're small in general (I think carrying your weight on the bottom, like I do, makes you look thinner overall). My heart goes out to you though, for sure; I know I have to order my (much more common) 30A's online (I think I'm actually more of a 28, but that's just soooo hard to find that I don't even bother). :(

^ I agree. If you're slimmer on the top with a tiny ribcage it tends to make you seem really small to others. The other thing is that my size is more in the width rather than how far they stick out so it's not as obvious.

The stores I listed further up all carry 28 bands, but Bravissimo only makes bras for D cups and above (even though my 30Ds are much much smaller than 38Ds, so it doesn't make sense to cut off at D for every band size...).

I was a 30A until I was around 20, 21 and it always bothered me that the little piece of fabric I was buying was so much more expensive than bigger bras because it is a rare size. It is still really hard to find bras at my current size, so I usually go braless.

I just popped in here to see what was being said, although I don't really belong (but sometimes, I admit, I wish I did)... and it seems to be a common misconception from you small-boobed girls that anything above a DD cup is unsightly, must hurt, must result in back pain and bad posture, and there was mention of having to wear 3 sports bras, etc etc. Although it's fine to celebrate your own body shape - no need to make negative assumptions about others.

I'd also like to explain bra sizes to some people who obviously don't understand how they work! The actual breast mass of a 30FF woman, might be rather similar to that of a 36D. The cup size of a 30D will be VERY different to that of a cup size 38D - even though both are Ds. The number indicates the back size - the bigger the band, the bigger the woman's BODY, not breast. As the band size goes up, so does the cup size. The next time you're in the lingerie department, pick up a 30D bra - it's tiny!! Then pick up a 38D - it's massive! If you're a 30A, you'll be skinny with small boobs. If you're a 38A, you'll be fat with small boobs - but because you're fat you'll have bigger boobs than the 30A girl - even though you're both an A cup. One girl in an earlier post said she was something like a 32B, but longed for bigger breasts, maybe a 36B... OK her breasts would be slightly bigger, but that's only because she'd have to become much FATTER to become that size! A breast enlargement can't ever increase your band size, as the size of your back doesn't change - only the breast does.

So, it's a shock to hear people proclaim that 30D must be huge - it's really really not. I'm a natural 30GG/H and I look perfectly in proportion. I don't have back pain, my breasts don't hurt, I wear ONE sports bra at a time, I can buy plenty of bras in Bravissimo and Figleaves.com (not as many as smaller-boobed girls though!). But, I can't easily wear halter necks, or plunging v-necks, or strapless tops, and I can't really hide them away. Being a fan of fashion, being "blessed" with bosoms is a hindrance. You guys should all count yourselves lucky!!!

I also haven't really read the thread, but I have a personal report.

I'm pretty much a 32AA and since I'm shallow I need to compensate and get a push-up bra to give the illusion that there is something there

anyway, I think I experienced my first real bra victory in the decade I've been wearing them: I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the 32A t-shirt push-up 2 for $32 deal from Pink actually fit me really well and did not bankrupt me like most VS bras would.

that's all, just thought I'd share my story with the itty bitty titty committee :flower:

Thanks for explaining, thefunkykitten. I have done it many times, which is why I just posted a photo. It's quicker and easier than trying to prove that I don't look like Pamela Anderson and explaining why!

So true, funkykitten. I bought a miraculous as VS and when I told my mom that it made me a C cup, she didn't believe me; people have a hard time grasping the fact that a 30C, which is basically a 32B or 34A, is actually tiny. To be honest... a 30 anything is tiny, until you get to the D+ range.

I would just like to point out... Natalie Portman is on the cover of January's US Vogue and Keira Knightley is gracing the front of Vogue UK. IBTC represent!!! :D

where are you girls getting your sz 30 bras?
i need a 30 c ideally but have trouble finding it (albeit, this was when i was living in sydney, i'm now in new york so i would suppose sz 30 bras would be more abundant)

p.s it took me a very long time to accept my lack of boob. but now i really like having little there. except when i'm swimsuit shopping and feel like a 12 year old boy.

So much pressure being put on small chested women that big and curvy IS what defines a women. Beautiful women come in all shapes and sizes. :flower: It's always refreshing to see a Hollywood starlet skipping the knife. So many risks underlying breast augmentation!

I hate bra sizing. I think I'm also a 30D but I wear 32C because it's all I can really find. Or I buy 34B and try to alter the band. But that really shows what thefunkykitten was talking about in her post! 30D - 32C - 34B, all of those cups fit my boob identically inside them. But for example 32D or 32B would be too big and too small. I hate sizing.

I wish I could just get breast lift surgery because I think I'm saggy and then I think I would be a 32B, at my current weight.
