I can't believe how much this intrigues me. And there are a couple things I think I'd actually wear.

the thing that i am most fascinated and amused by is how the cape is clipped to the guy's ankle the way a surfer clips onto his/her board...

i am intrigued that they would use a surfing reference for such a heavy winter piece...it's very different and clever...imho...
