great thread!. 
I saw the pic of freja (in my avatar) a while ago and found it puzzling that it was never published, it's the best shot in the entire story IMO.

lovely... finding unp. shots from Vogue US in art+commerce is almost IMPOSSIBLE since EVERY david sims editorial looks THE SAME
