It may be winter, but love springs anew for Nicole Richie and Good Charlotte's Joel Madden.
Both stars recently went through very public splits - he with Hilary Duff, she with Brody Jenner and DJ A.M. And now both stars seem to be rebounding in each others' arms!
The duo have been secretly dating for a few weeks, reports Us Weekly, on your newsstands today or tomorrow.
Unlike his previous relationship with Duff - he's 27, she's 19 - Madden is only 2 years older than Richie.
Nicole and Joel's "coming out" as a couple occurred this past weekend.
On Saturday, December 2nd, the pair were spotted at hotspot Teddy's in Hollywood.
"Nicole couldn't stop smiling," a clubgoer tells Us.
Richie and Madden were seen dancing and holding hands.
"I've never seen her happier," adds the source.
The next night, Sunday December 3rd, Richie joined Madden for dinner at the Polo Lounge in the Beverly Hills Hotel with his brother, Benji and his bro's girlfriend, Australian actress Sophie Monk.
With Joel's arm slung across the back of her seat, Richie snuggled in close and "was laughing throughout the meal," an onlooker tells the mag. "She didn't seem to shy to dominate the conversation either!"

It is an animal tranq, but it also definitely causes weight loss I know the article was in Elle, last year, and it was about stylists who give it, to get the weight of the clients down for the free sample dresses, and how this is warping our idea of 'thin' because most actresses look like garbage at model sizes because they're not built the same way, but I don't think they named Zoe by name, only hinted.
