Can anyone advise me on where I can buy the Theda multicolor bag... and are the waiting lists very long? Authentic only!!!!!!!!! Thanx

Personally, I like the Theda in classic brown monogram canvas...But I'm not the one who's going to be buying/carrying this!

Anyhow, If you're willing to pay this much, I found several multicolore Theda GM's on ebay from trusted reliable sellers for you to check out!

The Theda bags are waitlist items, but they are relatively easy to get...much easier than the multicolor/cherry blossom bags were last year. The MC Theda GM is $2240.

I would advise you call the LV global stores and put yourself on several waitlists as it is not worth paying an Ebay markup. I would personally recommend the Houston store, as I was on their waitlist in early April and received both a MC Theda and mini mono Theda in under a month. LV ships items over $2000 for free (even overnight shipping), so the boutique you use shouldn't be an issue.

I have to admit that I like the gold mini monogram one. The turquoise one is starting to grow on me too. But I wouldn't pay that much for it. How do you close it anyway? Wouldn't it be easy for someone to just stick their hand in them?

It closes by that really huge buckle on the front. Kind of annoying!
There's also a drawstring on either side to, i guess, cynch each side closed.

ok .. this is my dilemma!

my THEDA multicolore arrived a week ago.
i had the 2 sizes reserved.
went to have a look.
the small one was ridiculous and useless.
the bigger one she is still holding for me for another week.
the price is 1700 EUROS.
the buckle is ugly.
the bag is ok overall but that price is insane for what it is.
so im thinking NOT to get it.

what do you think?

I just don't like THEDA in Multicolor. dunno....I somehow feel the whole multicolor thing doesn't really go with the buckle and the shape of a THEDA.
yes the prices are crazy for the turquoise one and the Mini Monogram, that's why I put my name down for the THEDA GM and LEONOR in Monogram---not my MOST favorite, but I wouldn't mind having, and better than the Multicolor IMO. however, I will happily receive the turquoise or the Mini Monogram THEDA GM as a gift from my husband (it's my birthday soon ).
I agree with you, the small ones are useless and don't look good at all, unless those chain handled ones, as evening bags.

I personally do not "dislike" the buckle, but if it's not doing it for you, I say don't get it

Don't get it. I think the only ones worth having are the gold and the turquoise. The multicolour one looks weird and the brown one is just plain ugly.

I didnt use to like the Theda bags, but they are definitely growing on me now

I think people buy stuff especially on ebay and auction them again because they might be able to make more money for them.

i agree, i don't think you could do anything worse than producing tha bag in the multicolour, it just doesnt suit the shape and style of the bag at all, imo it only looks good in turquoise really.
