Tilda Swinton

i never really thought she was that austere. i've seen her with fans at the oscars and on some of her film locations and she's very warm and affectionate toward everybody.

So happy that "Only Lovers Left Alive" has been added to the official Cannes lineup!

I absolutely loved that video of Tilda dancing in tribute of Ebert, it was very touching (I even teared up a bit... but I'm weird like that! lol), and he would have loved it. It was so sweet and genuine and she just comes off as such a fun person.

don't worry, i teared up too! :P

it was really touching and a beautiful tribute. (i found ebert's widow to be very endearing as well)...
i love that the whole thing felt like a celebration

My goodness Tom and Tilda make a striking pair standing next to each other! Two of my favorite actors and I can't wait to see their film. From what I've herd it's getting good reviews. Love the Chanel jacket Tilda wore to the photocall, she looks so elegant.

Oh boy:o
that is terrible! it looks like a pajamas, and too much gold for me eyes

I just love this woman  . No one else could've pulled off that look. She's one of a kind and so freaking gorgeous.

Doesn't fit perfectly but I think she pulled it off successfully, mainly because it goes gorgeous against her skin and hair, and those surreal eyes!
I'm curious to know what her shoes are...

i know many might pan this and say she looks like a solid gold dancer but i actually think it works on her simply because of the fluidity of the silhouette and her long and lean frame. it comes across as elegant not campy. and the hair really tops it off. and yes that colour seems to work well on tilda....i've seen her in metallic shades often before and she certainly has a penchant for them.

she really does have this way of reminding one of that kind of glamour of the old days without being contrived and well, dishonest, about it.

I agree with you Scott, somehow Tilda makes it work in an old fashioned glamour sort of way. This isn't my favorite outfit she's ever worn but it still has a certain charm to it.
