Top 3 Quintessential French accessories

What are the top 3 pieces that equal french style in your opinion?

-silk scarves (preferable Hèrmes)
-a longchamp tote
-a classic trench

That's only 1 of several styles of Le Pliage tote. But to each his/her own!

I, personally, like them and have one. I can't afford expensive designer items and this adds a chic touch to my outfits.

^I have several pliages too, but I won't buy them anymore. The quality/price rate is just totally wrong, they break easily and the nylon isn't firm either.

I've been quite satisfied with the quality, actually. I've had mine for about a year and have worn it a lot, but it's still in nice condition.
