It's glitzy, glamorous and screams Monaco - and I'm happy. Always admired the Monegasque royal family, especially Princess Caroline, so Charlotte Casiraghi looking very much like her mother here and giving us pure unapologetic glamour dripping in Chanel just feels oh so right!

The cover is striking & the editorial is fine. The whole feature looks much better than her advertisements of Chanel by Inez & Vinoodh.

I like the sense of motion and energy off the cover - it looks fun, sexy and glamorous, very Ellen and I love it.

This is what you're left with, when you don't have Vogue Paris around to elevate Chanel's aesthetic and maintain the expensive fantasy. If they hadn't used Charlotte, there'd be nothing stopping people from thinking this has all the elegance of someone wearing knock-off clothing from the high street.
