Hmmm, I think the overalls in the 1st in #56 are great! - But I'm a little disappointed in the rest. I think the collection is kind of boring compared to some of her previous work.

because i think we should make a separate thread to discuss trace...even though it's both limi's work...

after all, we separate donna karan from dkny and dolce & gabanna from d&g...

the first one of number #56 is intriguing. i have a soft spot for overalls, although i don't own any. do you know what the material is?

wool gabardine, which is rather thin and looks a bit dressy (right word?).
in both black and navy.

thanks for all the pictures runner...it gets better towards the end for me...it's the skirts and dresses that i like best...and all the ruffled tops that helena mentioned...

yes they are not the same, softgrey
but they don't regard Trace as a second line.
whatever, both of them have almost the same ranges of prices.
Trace is more about daily or seasonless.

the first of #4 seems good. but maybe it's the model that makes the image cool and appealing to me. the second of #22 is nostalgic. I like the previous collection better though. I don't like some poses they seem to try to strike this time.

not sure...each time i look at it, i see something new...
i want to go way and come back to this ...

then i will see what strikes me and tell you my favourite...
i like the dress in #4 as well...it reminds me of a dress i tried on by cdg cdg...i loved that...the difference is that the other had buttons down the front like a coat...but it is the same shape and length...i like this one...

it's growing on me more each time i look...maybe this collection doesn't sing, but it is whispering little things...
