Tracy Reese Spring 2005

I just talked to my friend at Tracy Reese and the jewelry was designed for the show by Gerard Yosca. It's all made out of wood specifically for her collection.

These are the kind of dainty things that Net-A-Porter and Lucky readers would dig. But I am not sure if this is the best of the ilk.

Personally, I find them a little too girly & glitterish. You have to have that kind of personality to pull it off.

There wasn't a review of the show in WWD or on style.com...what's up with that???

yeah...i'm loving the wood...it makes the clothes a little less precious and a bit earthy...good idea...i got a bunch of wood jewelry at an indian store on st marks for a project...it feels very right now... :flower:

great with jeans... :wink:
 
softie...did you mean the SS show? I was at the FW04 show (the one in Feb.) sorry if i wasn't clear...

I agree, the wooden necklaces and earrings are gorgeous and I think it compliments the dresses.
