This picture was a colaboration between Klaus Voorman & Justin De Villeneuve. The picture had been intended to go on the cover but after seeing it, Vogue Staff thought it "too weird" for their publication. A series of pictures that went with the head were printed inside. A few months later the pictures were awarded the coveted 'Art Directors' Best Editorial Pictures of the Year.

Justin photographed Twiggy first then had A3 black & white prints made, which Klaus then drew and painted on.
