W jej skład weszły zarówno codzienne ubrania, jak i wieczorowe kreacje. Twiggy wcielając w życie swoje pomysły myślała głównie o dojrzałych kobietach w swoim wieku. Wśród użytych przez nią materiałów znalazło się dużo jedwabiu i satyny. Jako chodząca klasyka, Twiggy nie mogła oprzeć się nawiązaniu do najbardziej klasycznego męskiego stroju, czyli smokingu. Za inspirację posłużyła jej ponoć carska Rosja.
